Return Policy

This Return Policy governs the terms, conditions, and procedures for returning products purchased on www.wonder-srl.com, in accordance with applicable laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us within the above-mentioned period and return the products in accordance with this policy.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • they must be unused and in perfect condition;
  • they must be complete with all original parts, accessories, and packaging;
  • they must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns are not accepted for:

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once opened;

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, the customer must contact Customer Support at info@wonder-srl.com, providing:

  • full name;
  • order number;
  • product(s) to be returned.

After the request is submitted, instructions for returning the product(s) will be provided. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by customer, unless otherwise stated or in the case of defective products or shipping errors.

Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

6. Exchanges

Requests for exchanges must be arranged by contacting Customer Support at info@wonder-srl.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
